We get lots of calls from site owners who are aware of Evans Environmental and our successful USTCOM ultimate compliance program, but have not contacted us about handling their sites. We all get busy and plan to make a call or schedule an appointment but keep kicking that ball down the road until we get the word that you have an UST inspection in the next week or so, or maybe the inspection has already occurred. The result…you’ve received the dreaded NOV (Notice of Violation). NOVs generally arrive via registered mail and the wording is none too friendly.
